Jamie is our Real Estate paralegal with over 35 years legal experience. She experienced in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. She is currently undergoing classes to become a licensed title insurance agent. She assists our attorneys from contract to closing. She, alongside the attorneys, assists in preparing and reviewing contracts of purchase and sale, transfer documents, preliminary title policies, collecting and reviewing proposed title curatives, preparing closing figures, and setting up closings.
